Current Highlights
On May 17-20, CCI Ukraine held its annual CampDays training conference for Christian camp leaders near Lviv, Ukraine. The event was full, with 159 people attending in person and 167 joining online. This made a total of 326 camp leaders from 57 different camps. The classes were available both in person and online.
We are very thankful for the camp leaders who are committed to serving the children and youth of Ukraine this summer. We are amazed at how serious they are about learning and how much they have invested in attending this conference.
So far this year, in 2025, CCI Ukraine has trained 2,032 Christian camp leaders from 410 camps in 23 training events. More training events are planned for June and the months after. CCI Ukraine trains camp leaders all year long.
People often ask if there will be camps in Ukraine this summer. We have been asked this for the past two years too. As you can see, camps are getting their staff ready, which means camps are being planned. We expect 400 camps in the CCI Ukraine network to be in operation this summer.
