KVI Mission and Vision Statement
Kingdom Ventures Inc. (KVI) is a Canadian-based faith mission committed to training Christian youth camp leaders in Eastern Europe. Our mission is to equip national leaders to evangelize and disciple youth through impactful Christian camp ministries. We envision a generation of youth in Eastern Europe transformed by the gospel, empowered through Christian camps, and integrated into vibrant church communities. Through our comprehensive training programs, resource materials, and strong partnerships with local churches and international organizations, KVI strives to foster effective leadership and spiritual growth among the youth, ensuring they become active members of their faith communities.

History of KVI
Kingdom Ventures Inc. (KVI) was founded in 1990 as a Canadian-based faith mission with the goal of training Christian youth camp leaders in the former Soviet Union. The vision for KVI emerged from a desire to support the growth of the church in post-Soviet countries by equipping nationals to lead and disciple young people through Christian camps. From its inception, KVI has been governed by a dedicated board of directors based in Winnipeg. This board meets five times annually to review the ministry, assess financial affairs, set policies, and uphold the mission through intercessory prayer and strategic guidance.
In the early years, KVI focused on establishing foundational relationships and developing training programs tailored to the unique cultural and spiritual needs of the FSU countries. KVI successfully launched Christian Camping International (CCI) associations in Ukraine, Armenia, Georgia and Russia. These associations became instrumental in organizing and operating Christian youth camps, publishing resource materials in multiple languages, and conducting training events such as Christian Camp Leadership Conferences, Instructors Training Courses, and Staff Training Workshops. Each of these initiatives aimed to empower local leaders to create sustainable and impactful camp ministries.
Over the decades, KVI's commitment to its mission has remained steadfast, even amidst geopolitical challenges. The organization's recent focus has been on providing robust support to CCI/Ukraine, especially in light of the ongoing conflict with Russia. Through continuous prayer, strategic partnerships, and a strong reliance on God's guidance, KVI continues to inspire and equip a new generation of Christian leaders in Eastern Europe, ensuring that the transformative power of Christian camps reaches far and wide.
